iMvelo Distributors was established with the purpose to effectively support in the registration, the distribution and the marketing and sales of health products in South Africa and SADC, for local and international investors, by adding value for our customers.

We operate at head office in Edenvale, Gauteng (South Africa). In SADC region, we use the local contractors for the assisting in liasing with Medical Authorities and also to distribute and market our products.

Services

Regulatory Affairs:

All regulatory activities related to the submission of new applications, amendments of registered dossier and the follow up of registration files are done by our own team at iMvelo Pharma.

Pharmacovigilance:

All post marketing surveillance and pharmacovigilance activities, are done by the Pharmacovigilance personnel at iMvelo Pharma.

Pharmaceuticals Warehousing & Distribution:

This service is outsourced to the local distributors in SA and SADC with the support of our compliance team at iMvelo Pharma, through Commercial Agreements and Technical Agreements.

Local Laboratory:

We are contracted to local laboratories that are licensed by our medicine authority to perform the post importation testing for imported products before they are released to market.

Local Manufacturing/Packing:

Approved local facilities are used for most cost-effective and competitive production and packaging of any type of pharmaceutical.

These third party facilities are well equipped and licensed to perform these activities.

Marketing and Sales Promotion:

All pharmaceutical promotions are handled by our qualified personnel which have vast experience in pharmaceuticals products, on an exclusivity/semi-exclusivity basis.

Effective use of self generated and syndicated local sale data/information.

Set up of products strategies and tactics, as well as full production of promotional material and other marketing tools.

Management of specific marketing research according to partner’s needs and objectives.
